Shipping Dry Goods


green reptile shippingReptile products are packaged using recycleable shipping material. Peanuts and bubble wrap are biodegradeable (not syrofoam). We also reuse newspaper which can easily be placed in a city recycle bin.

We offer many options for product delivery including Overnight, 2 Day, 3 Day, and Ground (3-5 Days). Expedited shipping is done through UPS. Ground shipping may be done through UPS or USPS depending on the package size for the order.

Regional shipping to AZ, CA, CO, ID, NV, OR, UT and WA is done through OnTrac for expedited delivery.

Shipping Live Animals


All live animals ship overnight using ShipYourReptiles.com and industry standard packaging and materials. We offer live animal shipping for free. Animals are shipped with the highest regard with the animals safety in mind.

Winter shipping is done with weather permitting. We do not guarantee live arrival if the weather at either location is below 32°F. 3/4" foam boxes are used with a 48 hour heat pack. Winter storm delays at airports inbetween pickup and delivery locations may delay shipping of your animal.

Summer Shipping is also done weather permitting. Live arrival is not guaranteed above 88°F. Shipping between 88°F and 100°F may be done if delivered to a hub for customer pickup. Shipping is done with a 1/2" foam box and ice pack.

Extreme Weather can delay shipment. If we are unable to ship in a timely manner we can hold the animal until weather permits all the while providing identical care (food, housing, environment specifications, etc).

** We do not automatically ship live animals at the time of purchase. Weather is checked, airport delays checked and notification from the customer must be made to confirm availability to receive the package. **

Damaged Shipment



If your order was damaged in transit by the shipping company please notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of the damage are required and should be included in the email. We require the damaged product to be shipped back to us and the replacement will then be shipped to the customer but only after receipt of the damaged product.

Notifications


At the time of purchase you will be notified by email that your transaction has been processed. When we ship your order there will be a second email sent so you can expect the delivery. When delivery confirmation is received from the carrier you will receive a final email stating that the delivery has been made. We don't like spam but we feel it is important to keep our customers updated of their order status.
